Glycol water chiller complete with circulation pump and insulated inox storage tank. Provided with thermostat for the measurement and control of the glycol mixture temperature.
We offer a full range of compact chillers from Winus Srl, Made in Italy. All Stainless Steel, no plastic or sheet metal components. All units are custom made for your needs. Can be ordered as a single circuit, or up to 8 circuits, with independent controllers. Optional heat available as well. The unit can be ordered with an included electric heater as well.
The C1-W1 cooler is equipped with a direct heat exchange coil and is inserted in drums, tanks or containers to automatically control the temperature of the product by the included thermostat.
The quantity of fermenting wine or equivalent liquid which can be temperature controlled is 3700 Liters (975 us gallon)

These coolers require a remote control panel and an external storage tank with the respective safety devices for operation.
Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger
Tubular heat exchangers are composed of two concentric tubes in which thermal exchange occurs in counter-current between the product (that flows through the internal pipe) and the refrigerant (that flows in the cooling wall between internal and external piping). These heat exchangers permit rapid lowering of product temperature and are particularly indicated for the working of fluid substances (must, wine...), thick and viscous substances (de-stalked grape, creams...). Accurate machining and the constructive materials used (only stainless steel) guarantee excellent product hygiene levels.
